Historically this has been the site of a small neighborhood grocery store. Our client purchased the site with the intent to create a small urban village with commercial on the ground floor and 4 townhouses above and beside. Each of the townhouses will have a 2 car garage and there will be a small parking area for the commercial. The remainder of the site will be a garden. The project enhances the texture and character of the area by adding a different type of housing to compliment the commercial. Diversification of these neighborhood nodes is an important green initiative.
