Oak Street Village
The genesis of Oak Street Village came from the municipality of Saanich’s action plan for what was seen as the urban core. The site is on a gently rising corner with prominent views. The commercial on the corner with the main floor loft townhouses was seen as an important reinforcement of the urban character.
