Jacklin & Goldstream
This is an important intersection in downtown Langford and as such this has to be a signature building. There are retail faces on both streets and a public square on the corner with 5 stories of residential units above. The building highlights the corner with height, shape and a wood composite finish reinforcing the “woodland” character predominant in Langford. Interestingly the building uses a car elevator rather than ramps to save space on a tight site.
