Fairfield
The site is in the highly desirable Fairfield and Cook area and is a companion project to the North Park residential proposal. The objective was to create a unique combination of ground oriented 2-storey townhouses with 1 level suites on the top floor accessed from a open walkway with each unit having a stair to a private roof deck.
