Banga Place Warehouse
The site shape and position at the end of a cul-de-sac dictated the ‘L’-shaped building framing the parking and access. The client distributed a product requiring a showroom for customers hence the higher volume with windows and a refined finish at the visible end of the cul-de-sac. The remainder of the building was kept as a simple, raw concrete block lower shape to compliment the focal element.
